Premier Psychiatric Research Institute (PPRI) is located within Premier Psychiatric Group, a mental health outpatient clinic. Our goals are to assess the safety, tolerability and efficacy of investigational psychiatric medication, as well as offer an option other than traditional medication treatment to patients who are interested in participating in a clinical trial. Dr. Walter Duffy has been the Principal Investigator on more than 65 clinical trials over the past eleven years. Some areas of focus have been in the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Tourette Syndrome, Tardive Dyskinesia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Schizophrenia, ADHD, and Autism/Asperger’s Syndrome. Pharmaceutical, Device, and Pharmacogenetic clinical trials are currently being conducted at Premier Psychiatric Research Institute.
PPRI’s dedicated research staff is certified to conduct clinical trials according to Good Clinical Practices (GCP), adhering to all written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HIPPA regulations.
Study-related exams, tests, and study medication will be provided at no cost to you and you may be compensated for your time and travel. Participation in all research is voluntary and not everyone may qualify. Dementia with Lewy Bodies (Ages 50 and older)
Parkinson's Dementia (Ages 50 and older)
Adult Schizophrenia (Ages 19 and older)
Preschool ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder; Ages 4-5)
